Yoga is beyond physical postures!

Wellbeing begins with YOU!

Holistic living is an integration of a healthy mind, balanced emotions, acceptable behaviour, physically fit body, a healthy nourishing diet, a natural environment, harmonious social interaction with the enthusiasm to live, enjoy & work.

This means to strike a balance & leading a life of moderation while being conscious of the inner-self

This means to strike a balance & leading a life of moderation while being conscious of the inner-self & the external environment.

The word 'Balance' and 'Moderation' varies from person to person. 'Moderation' for an individual can be extreme compared to others.

Every individual must strive to figure out their own balance.

It is a tool which leads you from the physical body to the subtler layers of the 'Self' (Bahiranga Yoga to Antaranga Yoga).

It is a path to transform and enhance the perception of the Self.

Normally people fall under  4 categories, based on their health status :

  • Healthy People- Yoga has the potential to enhance and sustain the quality of living with consistent effort & practice
  • People managing or coping-  Yoga can help revert to the healthy state of mind and body
  • People struggling or attempting- Yoga may help slow down progression and complications of health
